Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tt44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the tt44 website located at https://tt44.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, applications, services, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through tt44, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms take effect upon your first access to the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your use of tt44's services.

tt44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

The tt44 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and maintain an account on tt44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tt44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered users, in line with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tt44 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tt44, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the tt44 Platform, and no self-exclusion order is currently in effect on your account.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that has been formally identified through a medical or therapeutic process.

tt44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds held in breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tt44 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where tt44 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances held within them may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update them if they change. tt44 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be conducted by you personally, unless you notify tt44 promptly of unauthorised access.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance obligations, tt44 may require you to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, recent utility bills, and bank statements.

tt44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change and may vary based on your location and account verification status.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and account tier, and is displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are credited to your tt44 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance net of any active bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with our AML policy.
• Standard processing time is within two hours for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• tt44 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per week or per month. Current limits are communicated within your account dashboard.

tt44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tt44 accepts no responsibility. All transactions on the tt44 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

tt44 may offer various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tt44 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal, unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically voided without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account, unless tt44 explicitly permits bonus stacking in a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, live casino only). Games excluded from bonus wagering are listed in the promotion details.
• tt44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is suspected.
• Players who opt out of marketing communications may not receive personalised promotional offers but remain eligible for publicly available promotions.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All bets placed on tt44 are subject to the specific game rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing committee for Bangladesh Premier League).
• In-play bets accepted after the outcome of the event has been determined are void and stakes refunded at tt44's sole discretion.
• tt44 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice, including in response to abnormal market movements or integrity concerns.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event and per bet type are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may be varied by tt44 without prior notice.

For casino games, all games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under real-time supervision. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available from the game providers upon request. tt44 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tt44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or using any other person's account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation, including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Attempting to access any area of the Platform you are not authorised to access, or interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward tt44 staff or other users.

Where tt44 reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, we reserve the right to freeze the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining what action to take. Funds held in accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

All content on the tt44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of tt44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of tt44.

tt44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at tt44.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and tt44 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

tt44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cool-off period, you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the tt44 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. tt44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. In all cases, tt44's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tt44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

tt44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tt44 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or an email to your registered address, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. Any wagers placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of an amendment remain governed by the Terms in force at the time they were placed.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tt44 Platform, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and tt44 in the first instance. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint in reasonable detail.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of tt44 receiving written notice of it, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. tt44 aims to resolve all complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe, treating all players with equal respect regardless of the amount involved in the dispute.
